ProjektBroker is a portal that helps to outsource projects to Central and Eastern Europe. Read more about us here. 2. How much does it cost to register? Registration is free for everybody. You do not have to pay to be listed at ProjektBroker. However, we do receive a commission fee of 10 % from the employer that has hired a freelancer using our portal. This is to ensure, that the employer is serious about hiring and paying the freelancer for completed project. Please note, PREMIUM members receive a commission fee reduction – 5%. Read more about PREMIUM membership here. 3. I am a freelancer living in Central or Eastern Europe (CEE). Can I join the ProjektBroker? Yes! Just fill out the necessary registration form located here, and once approved start bidding on the projects listed at ProjektBroker. Please note, only individuals living in Central or Eastern Europe (CEE) may join ProjektBroker. This is to fill our purpose offering all the advantages of the CEE countries such as cultural compatibility with Europe and North America, technical and business experience, professional work ethics, and more. 4. Do I need to be legally registered as a freelancer in my country? No, this is not a requirement as long as you can offer all of the advantages of being a freelancer such as ability to work as individual, flexible timings; you can handle the responsibility over the project and short notice periods, working from home, and more. You should also own a bank account. 5. Why should we outsource our project with your portal? Not only because Central and Eastern European region has proved to be a competitive alternative to other outsourcing destinations such as India or China, but also because outsourcing is a great way to dramatically lower your costs. You will find skilled workers on demand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week offering you a large range of skills and abilities. 6. I have a project that I would like to outsource in Central and Easter Europe (CEE). What do I need to do? You need to fill out the registration form located here. Once approved, the project submitted will become available for bidders. 7. What kind of jobs can be outsourced? For example: data entry, search engine optimization, logo design, business card design, graphic design, website design, technical support for your website or computer, telemarketing, PowerPoint preparation, translation of website or other, product design, market research, and much more. 8. Can I outsource more than one project? Absolutely. You can add as many projects as you wish. You do not need to register each time. Just login to your account here and click the “Add Project” button located in the right menu. Please note, you may not use same email address for registering more than once. 9. How does the ProjektBroker portal work? Employer posts a project, once approved, bidders can start posting bids. Employer reviews bids, chooses best bidder as a winner. Commission fee of 10% (5% PREMIUM members) must be received by ProjektBroker before selected winner can start the work. This is to make sure that the employer is serious about paying for the work. Work starts and once completed, the freelancer receives full payment by the employer. 10. What payment methods do you offer? Currently, we use Paypal, a web based application for the secure transfer of funds, and also banking wire payments. 11. Why to become a PREMIUM member? PREMIUM members can take an advantage of many functions and features available only to them. Read more about PREMIUM memberships here. 12. What does a “Featured” functionality offer? For a small monthly fee of €5.99 you will become a Featured profile or Featured project. Using this function, our portal will ensure that your profile/project appears highest in the search results, and is therefore one of the first visible listings. Each featured profile or project is marked with FEATURED sign. |
